Approximate delivery times
Iberian Peninsula: 1-2 working days from dispatch.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. If there is any issue with the delivery, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return of your order. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with its original packaging, labels, and corresponding documentation.
To request a return, write to us at clientes@gamusi.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within a maximum of 24 working hours with the steps to follow.
Collection cost
Peninsular Spain: €5.99.
Balearic Islands and rest of EU countries: €9.99.
This amount will be deducted from the final refund. If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error in the order, Gamusi will cover the corresponding costs.
Defective products or incidents
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us at clientes@gamusi.com, indicating the order number and attaching images. We will review the case to offer you a solution as soon as possible.
