Frequently asked questions

We prepare and ship orders within approximately 24 business hours, except in exceptional circumstances.

Once the order has left our warehouse, the usual delivery times are:

• Iberian Peninsula: 1-2 business days.
• Balearic Islands: 2-4 business days.
• Europe: 2-5 business days.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays.

Shipping costs depend on the destination and the order amount:

• Peninsular Spain and Portugal: €3.99 including VAT. Free for orders over €30.
• Balearic Islands: €5.99 including VAT. Free for orders over €50.
• France and Italy, except Corsica: €7.99 including VAT. Free for orders over €60.
• Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, and Poland: €9.99 including VAT. Free for orders over €80.

For other international destinations, the cost will depend on the weight and volume of the order. In such cases, it will be necessary to contact us beforehand.

Yes. If you make a purchase as a consumer, you have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without needing to provide a reason.

Additionally, Gamusi contractually extends this period to 30 days from delivery for returns.

During special periods:

• For purchases made from Black Week until Christmas, from 11/20 to 12/31, the period is extended until 01/14.
• During sales, exchanges and returns are extended to 20 calendar days.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with its tags, original packaging, and corresponding documentation.

To request a return, you must write to us at clientes@gamusi.com indicating:

• Order number.
• Reason for return.
• Preferred day and time slot for collection.

We will respond to your request within a maximum of 24 business hours to confirm everything is correct and coordinate the collection.

Yes, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error in the product received.

The collection cost is:

• Peninsular Spain: €5.99 VAT included.
• Balearic Islands and rest of EU countries: €9.99 VAT included.

This amount will be deducted from the final refund of the order.

If you decide to reject the order before delivery and it has already left our warehouse, return-to-origin costs may also apply.

Once the return is requested, the refund will be processed as soon as possible and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you provide us with proof of return.

The refund will always be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

If you consider that the product received has a defect or does not match what was stated in the order, you should contact us as soon as possible at clientes@gamusi.com.

To help you quickly, please provide us with:

• Order number.
• Affected product.
• Description of the problem.
• Images clearly showing the defect.

Our team will review the case and let you know how to proceed.

If the transport agency cannot deliver the order, it will attempt to arrange a new delivery or leave information on how to proceed.

If the order cannot be delivered due to reasons not attributable to Gamusi, it may be returned to our warehouse. In that case, the costs derived from the return transport may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Materials may vary depending on the type of product and collection. For each product, you will find detailed composition, main characteristics, and care recommendations.

We work with selected fabrics to offer functional, durable products designed for daily use at home.

On each product page, you'll find available sizes and the necessary information to choose the right option.
