Right of Withdrawal

If you are making a purchase as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without needing to provide any justification. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods, or in the case of separate deliveries, 14 calendar days from when you, or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the last good. For products and orders paid for and reserved in our warehouse at the customer's request, the 14-day period will begin from the order date.

The return period is extended until 01/14 for purchases made during Black Week up to Christmas, from 11/20 to 12/31.

During sales, exchanges and returns are extended to 20 calendar days.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Gamusi by email at clientes@gamusi.com of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the respective period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. However, we may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return the goods to us by courier at the Gamusi address without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period expires. Unless you return the goods due to a manufacturing defect or because they are not in good condition, you will bear the transport costs for the return. Similarly, if you decide to reject your order before delivery and it has already left our warehouses, you must cover the costs of return to origin.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Contractual right of withdrawal: In addition to the legally recognized right of withdrawal for consumers, we grant you a period of 30 days from the delivery date of the products (or 30 days from the order date, for orders reserved in our warehouse at the customer's request) to return products.

Returns

Your right of withdrawal applies exclusively to products returned in the same condition in which you received them. No refund will be issued if the product has been used beyond simply opening it, if it is not in the same condition as when it was delivered, or if it has suffered any damage. Therefore, you must be careful with the product while it is in your possession. Return the item with all its original packaging, instructions, labels, and other accompanying documents. In any case, you must include the receipt or invoice you received at the time of delivery of the product, duly completed.

To proceed with the return, you must write an email to clientes@gamusi.com indicating the order number, explaining the reasons for the return, and a day and time slot for us to pick up the item(s). We will then respond to the request within a maximum of 24 business hours, confirming that everything is correct and the collection date.

After examining the item, we will inform you if you are entitled to a refund of the amounts paid. The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your intention to withdraw. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you supply evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. The refund will always be made using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

The cost associated with the collection of items is 5.99 euros including VAT for Spain (excluding the Balearic Islands) and 9.99 euros including VAT for other EU countries and the Balearic Islands, which will be deducted from the order refund.

Returns of defective products

If you believe that the product does not comply with the contract at the time of delivery, you must contact us immediately by email at clientes@gamusi.com, providing the product details, damage details, and images, and we will inform you how to proceed.
