Shipping

The shipping costs established for each order registered on the website are 3.99 euros (VAT included) for the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal).

As a thank you to its customers, Gamusi will cover the shipping costs to the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) for orders exceeding 30 euros (VAT included).

For the Balearic Islands, shipping costs will be 5.99 euros (VAT included) for orders under 50 euros (VAT included), and free for orders over 50 euros (VAT included).

For orders with delivery addresses in France and Italy (excluding Corsica), the shipping price will be 7.99 euros (VAT included) for orders under 60 euros (VAT included), and free for orders over 60 euros (VAT included).

Orders with delivery addresses in Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Denmark, and Poland will have a fixed shipping cost of 9.99 euros if the amount does not exceed 80 euros (VAT included), and free if it exceeds 80 euros (VAT included).

Gamusi can ship anywhere in the world. Where shipping costs are not detailed, they will vary depending on the weight and volume of each order, requiring prior contact.

Delivery times

Unless unexpected situations occur, we will endeavor to dispatch the order containing the product(s) mentioned in each Shipping Confirmation within a maximum of 24 hours for both national and international shipments.

Iberian Peninsula: Once dispatched, the delivery time will be between 1 and 2 business days.

Balearic Islands: Once dispatched, the delivery time will be between 2 and 4 business days.

Europe: Once dispatched, the delivery time will be between 2 and 5 business days.

If, for any reason, we cannot meet the estimated delivery date, we will notify you of this situation and offer you the possibility to continue with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid. It is important to note that we do not make home deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays.

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, we will consider that "delivery" or the completion of the order occurs when you or a third party designated by you acquires physical possession of the products. This will be confirmed by signing for the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.

Inability to deliver

If we cannot deliver your order, we will try to find a safe place to leave it. If we cannot find a safe place, your order will be returned to our warehouse. We will leave you a note with information about your order's location and how to arrange a new delivery. If you will not be available at the agreed delivery time, please contact us to arrange a new date.

If, after 30 days from when your order is ready for delivery, we cannot deliver it due to reasons beyond our control, we will understand that you wish to cancel the contract and will consider it terminated. In this case, we will refund all payments you have made for the items, without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which we consider the contract terminated.

We will also consider the contract terminated if you refuse to receive your order after the transport agency has attempted to deliver it or if the order has already left our warehouses (we will confirm this via a shipping notification).

Please note that the return transportation due to contract termination may generate additional costs, and we reserve the right to pass these costs on to you.
